DTM announces Asian finale

DTM bosses have revealed the final calendar for the 2010 season, which will feature a finale on Asian soil in October.

The event in Shanghai will take place on a specially constructed street circuit and will mark the DTM’s return to the city – after an invitational event was held in China back in 2004.

The announcement of the Chinese race completes a ten race calendar for the 2010 season, which also features an event at Valencia.

The circuit takes the place of Catalunya on the schedule and will host the second round of the season. Zandvoort and Brands Hatch host the only other races not on German soil.
